Rodinné prostredie. Priateľské vzťahy. Benefity na úrovni. Vzdelávanie dostupné. Darčeky pri každej príležitosti :) (narodeniny, vianoce, pracovné výročie - moja obľúbená časť :) ) A naozaj najdôležitejší je osobný prístup ku každému jednému partnerovi v práci.
Momentálne sa žiadne problémy neobjavili, dám vedieť ak by sa to zmenilo.

Ve firme pracuji uz 3 roky a je to jeden z nejlepsich zamestnavatelu, pro ktere jsem pracoval. Jednaji ferove a o sve zamestnance se staraji opravdu skvele a to i o ty, kteri pracuji na ICO. Neuveritelna skala benefitu opet i pro lidi na ICO. Skvele teambuildingy a celkove vedeni a lide co tam pracuji jsou skveli. Musim tuto firmu doporucit a pochvalit.
Nevim co vytknout, snad jen delka teambuildingu ale to je opravdu velmi mala vada na krase.

Spolupráce a komunikace je skvělá. Kdykoliv vyjdou vstříc. Benefity jsou super a zajímají se o návrhy benefitů od zaměstnanců. Benefity jsou fyzioterapie, multisportkarta, příspěvek na vzdělávání, firemní tarif a telefon, pracovní výbava a možnost objednání svačiny. Je zde 1to1 pro konzultování novinek na projektu. Možnost využít odborného zpracování účetnictví. A také praktické dárky k vánocům :-)
