Pravidelná pracovní doba a lokace v místě bydliště.
Absence komunikace - interpersonálně, nerovné jednání, velmi špatné pracovní prostředí - hluk, špína, prach, žádné benefity.

Ocenění:Čím více se snažíš tím více práce dostaneš,za druhé,kteří nepracují.Hodnocení nic moc,spolupráce s nadřízenými nulové,finance jsou na pokrají krachu i když je 13 plat.3-5 prací na jednu pozici za jeden palt.

Změnila bych přístup k zaměstnancům, určitě se de chovat lépe ne jako ke kusu hadru. A určitě by se dalo zlepšit i prostředí
