Nejlepší jsou kolegové, to je snad jediné, co mě tam drží. Výhodou je také ranní směna.
Čím vyšší postavení, tím horší, arogance a totální neúcta k lidem, kteří znají výrobu, k lidem se někteří chovají jako ke kusu hadru. Zaměstnávají se agenturní pracovníci, kteří mají vyšší mzdu než kmenoví. Benefity ninimální. Na nic nejsou peníze, pokud se tohle nezmění, Tonak končí. Bohužel.

JE TO FIRMA S DLOHOLETOU TRADICÍ KTERÁ VYRÁBÍ PĚKNÉ VÝROBKY. JE ZDE POUZE RANNÍ SMĚNA KTERÁ JE OBROVSKÝM ATRIBUTEM ZEJMÉNA PRO MAMINKY S DĚTMI.JSOU ZDE SAMOZŘEJMOSTÍ VOLNÉ VÍKENDY COŽ JE TAKY FAJN.
JSOU TO ZEJMÉNA MEZILIDSKÉ VTAHY ALE S TÍM ASI ZAMĚSTNAVATEL MOC NENADĚLÁ.....A TAKÉ JE ZDE VELMI OŽEHAVÉ TÉMA NÁHRADNÍCH DÍLŮ NA STROJÍCH NA KTERÝCH SE PRACUJE.PROSTĚ NEJSOU PENÍZE NA OPRAVY. ALE DOST TĚŽCE SE VYRÁBÍ PRVOTŘÍDNÍ ZBOŽÍ NA STROJÍCH KTERÉ JEDOU VÍCE MÉNĚ SILOU VŮLE.
