Pracovní morálka, rychlé tempo, dlouhé směny a rozhodně nic pro slabé kusy. Ovoce a zelenina na pracovišti. Voda na každé směně. Pauzy na odpočinek po několika hodinách. Firemní večírky. Hudba a rádio.

Chyběla mi komunikace s řidiči protože zbytečně vznikaly komplikace při nakládkách. Dopravní pás se často zasekával a to vysoce snižuje morálku a nasazení. Dlouhé čekání na terminálech kvůli systému. (V součtu to udělá několik hodin práce celému týmu)
