s pracovní dobou
s určitým přístupem ze strany zaměstnavatele. nedostatečné podmínky a chování k zaměstnanci.
No overtime
pracovní doba je 7,75h převážně 3 směny nebo 2 podle toho na jakém úseku, několikrát museli být na 60 proc.nebo dostali dovolenou. práce moc není o benefitech ani nemluvě, finančně žádná sláva pokud není u CNC center. kvůli špatnému přístupu a chování se k lidem spoustu lidí odešlo a nový moc zájem nemají. To je realita.....
