Zvýšení platu, na takovou pozici byl poměrně malý

Dobrá práce
Menší limity, zaměstnanci často byli na prášky už jen kvůli tomu kolik museli plnit limitů aby dosáhli na bonusy. Myslím, že se vyplatí zaměstnat radši o pár lidí víc a ať dělají míň práce a baví je, než je nechat dělat pod stressem a oni chodili do práce neradi jen za účelem si vydělat.
