Dobré vztahy na pracovišti, rodinná atmosféra, přátelský kolektiv. Pružná pracovní doba, možnost napracování hodin, proplácení přesčasů nebo výběrem náhradního volna. Různorodá práce.
Zlepšit benefity (např. týden dovolené navíc, stravenky, sick days). Motivovat zaměstnance (13. plat, finanční odměny ne jen za odsloužená léta, ale podle úspěšnosti zakázky). Zlepšit nízkou úroveň platů.

Že nebyl žádný škrobený a namyšlený panák a choval se přátelsky.
Lepší organizace práce a rozdělování úkolů. Řádně fungující personalista. Zřízení pokladny. Zvýšení platu.
