Stabilní firma, kterou každý v oboru zná. Výplata vždy na účtu včas.
Dnes již velká firma, kde už neplatí, že se každý zná s každým a kde se vytrácí takový "rodinný" duch. Časová náročnost v sezoně.

firma dodrží co slíbí při nástupu když mám problém tak mě vyslyší systém odměňování vč. nepeněžních odměn každoroční růst mzdy
velká část práce se odehrává venku na jaře a na podzim je to náročné je nás ve firmě už hodně, ne všichni se známe občas je práce i o víkendu
