Nejvíce oceňuji opravdovou otevřenost, flexibilitu a důvěru, aniž by cokoliv byla jen pouhá marketingová hesla. Ale hlavně taky velmi přátelskou a zábavnou atmosféru.
Flexible working hours
Možnost libovolně pracovat se svým časem. Je jedno, kdy člověk práci udělá, hlavně, aby byla hotová v daném deadlinu (když se nejedná o pevné schůzky či některé úkoly, které podmiňuje přesný čas).
Work in a team of young people
Věkový průměr Grantonu je něco kolem 32 let. A i ti, kteří jsou starší mají duši třicátníků.

Firma dává individuální a hlavně lidský přístup. At jsem mel jakykoliv problem nebo prani, tak jsme ho spolecne dokazali vyresit
Mohli bychom být větší, ale rosteme :)
