Možnost profesního růstu. Jde vždy jiným směrem.
Lepší nakládání s přesčasy. Nelze je na nic vybrat potom propadnou a nedostane za to člověk ani korunu. Věřte, že ty přesčasy neďelám prorože chci být v kanclu a ne doma. Spravedlivější systém podpory dojíždění. Nárok na podporu pouze jestli ujedu 50km? Diskriminační a zastaralý system.

Velmi nízký plat Nezajímavé benefity

Jedná se o německou rodinnou firmu, kde platí určitá pravidla, nařízení či zákazy. Pro hodně lidí nepřekonatelné ale pro normální lidi zaměstnavatel na spoustu let.
Security and stability
Každoroční navýšení platu. Přesný výplatní termín. Firma s více jak dvacetiletou historií v regionu.
