+ práce samotná dobrá + dobrý plat + relativně ok kolektiv + flexibilní prac. doba a dobré možnosti práce z domova
- časté přesčasy - jsou placené - spolupráce v rámci oddělení mizivá, pomoc nečekejte (každý toho má hodně), ale dokážou dobře poradit - komunikace mezi odděleníma mizerná až neexistující - Vedení se snaží, ale tápe a utápí se v problémech (hodně a dlouho se o všem jedná a málo se jednoznačně rozhoduje) - žádná zastupitelnost (je snaha o nápravu), nemožnost dlouhé dovolené, nikdo za vás práci neudělá

Jediná funkční místnost v budově závodu je kantýna.
Pravá ruka občas netuší co dělá levá. Velké neshody mezi odděleními, neschopnost si navzájem vypomoci či sdílet informace.

Práci trpělivě vysvětlili a měla jsem dost času se přispůsobit tempu ostatních.

Naučila jsem se nové věci.Práce je ale moc náročná na ruce.Já osobně bych se nevrátila.
Někteří nadřízení se neumějí chovat k podřízeným.S tímto přístupem se nestotožňuji, proto se mi tam nelíbilo.

Práci se snadno naučí,jen je náročná na ruce fyzicky.Většinou zůstanou na jedné pozici.

Firma je mladá, bez systémů a podle toho je bohužel hodnocena zákazníky při auditech neúspěšně. Vynaložená energie nepadá na úrodnou půdu. Velká fluktuace. 12 hod denně nestačí. Nedoporučuji.
Nove a moderní prostředí. Dobré finanční podmínky a benefity.
