Líbí se mi, že časová náplň je opravdu flexibilní, i když to je dáno přímo pracovní pozicí, kde je to možné. Zaměstnavatel nabízí Multisportku, takže podporuje zdravé trávení volného času. Je otevřený novým nápadům, kreativitě a diskuzi. Naslouchá.

Spokojená jsem hlavně s tím, že jsem se mohla v praxi zdokonalit v tom, co mě baví - práce s lidmi. Je to pro mě cenný začátek kariéry v HR. Triangle ke mně přistupuje vždy férově, vážím si otevřené komunikace a podpory.
Mohlo by být více prostoru pro profesní růst.
