Hodně cestování, které ne vždy bylo dobře uchopené. Nejlevnější ubytování, nestálá pracovní doba závislá na počasí.

Zaměstnavatel vychází vstříc zkráceným úvazkům. Lze zde dobře skloubit pracovní život se soukromým. Je zde dobrá parta lidí a pohodová rodinná atmosféra.

Více možností školení a rozvoje pro zaměstnance.
