Prijemny kolektiv lidi, vstricny pristup, rozmanita prace, sice starsi strojova vybavenost (v poslednich letech se ale hodne investuje do obnovy), ale sikovni pracovnici, co vyrabeli krasne vyrobky, silni/velci zakaznici, lidsky pristup jednatele
