Stabilní práce na 3 směny, každý měsíc jistá výplata, ve firmě automaty na kávu. Průměrná firma.
Výše platu je malá, v případě nějakého noveho nápadu dostanete mizerné ohodnocení.

vždycky mi vyšli vstříc s čerpáním dovolené a lékařem
Narovinu? Práce dobrá, ale velké množství lidí v kolektivu byl problém.. Nikdy si nikdo nehledí svého.. A všichni přece ví všechno líp než vy..

Stravování, vedení, podmínky práce, norma, chybějící materiál, arogantní staré baby, polky, parkoviště ala sendvič, nesmyslné pokuty, zákaz objednání jídla (dokonce i o víkendu a to tam nikdo nevaří)

možnosti zajištění dopravy do zaměstnání,zajištění obědů.
Určitě dát stabilní strop práce na normy a tím snížit stresovou situaci zaměstnance.

Dlouhý pracovní týden - standardně 6 dne pro dělníky. Standardní min. 30 minut denně přezčas, ale spíše déle. Neúcta k zaměstnancům.
