Přátelský kolektiv, výroba a prodej smysluplného sortimentu za použití surovin převážně původem z ČR případně EU, svoboda rozhodování, možnost domluvy při vyřizování osobních příp. zdravotních záležitostí.
Personální a mzdovou politiku, chybí strategie firmy a nejsou jasné plány směřování firmy v budoucích letech, chybí informační systém propojující výrobu, obchod a fakturaci - současný je zastaralý a nefunkční, je třeba lépe udržovat čistotu ve výrobních halách.
