Neni potreba zvlastni kvalifikace. Cinnost jednoducha. Vyuzivaji casto vychodni pracovni silu bez kvalifikace a znalosti ceskeho jazyka. Za ty prachy jim tam nikdo nechce.

Možnost podílet se na budoucnosti firmy a kolegů
Větší průbojnost a dravost českého vedení k tomu německému. Kalle CZ je pro německé Kalle Group největší tiskárna a i nejvíce na nás vydělávají.

Vylepšuje se prostředí, přibyla nová práce, což je dobré znamení do budoucna, - 25 dní dovolené, kterou si snad stihneme vybrat :-) - zlepšuje se organizace, byť nové věci na začátku mohou vypadat nezasvěcenému jako chaos
všude je to o lidech, jinak se chovají jako jednotlivci a jinak v davu, zejména, když se mohou schovat za anonymitu.
