Zajímavá práce a dobrý kolektiv.
Zaměstnanci jsou nespokojení, přetěžovaní, věčně ve stresu, nedostatečně ocenění a bez zastání. Vedení by se mělo co nejdříve změnit.

Vážil/a jsem si velmi příjemné pracovní doby. A možnosti opustit kancelář kdykoliv bylo potřeba bez nutnosti dokladů od lékaře apod. Nikdo toho nezneužíval. V tomto směru byla oboustranná důvěra na 100%.
Je mi líto, ale výměna managementu nebo alespoň kompletní změna přístupu k zaměstnancům, smýšlení a organizace. A rozhodně dodržení všech dohod se zaměstnanci tak, jak byly stanoveny.

respektování odborných názorů pevná struktura kultura jednání zahraniční zkušenosti a spolupráce
nerespektování nepřenosnosti zahraničních praktik (co platí pro Polsko nejde aplikovat v ČR) vysoké ceny produktů
Work in an international environment
Princip celé Orkla Foods ingrediens je postaven na spolupráci Polských, Dánských, Litevských, českých, Slovenských a dalších potravinářských firem. Spolupráce stejně jako účast poradců je velmi úzká a dá se říci že každodenní.
Order and rules
Mezinárodní spolupráce vyžaduje pravidla, jinak by se změnila v chaos. Eliminace chyb lidského faktoru. Ekonomika pohybu materiálu mezi účastníky spolupráce
