Nejvíce si cením toho, že bezpečnost a kvalita je na prvním místě. U většiny projektů, kterých jsem se v Procter & Gamble účastnil se nešlo cestou zkratek, ale opravdu se všichni členové týmu snažili dodat to nejlepší řešení.
Efektivita pracovní doby. Příliš mnoho meetingů na kterých často nejste potřeba. Přesčasy jako naprosto běžná věc.

Silná a stabilní společnost. Mnoho příležitostí k profesnímu růstu. Velká škola do pracovního života.
Příliš mnoho byrokratických postupů, které jsou však vzhledem k velikosti zaměstnavatele nevyhnutelné.

Dostala jsem příležitost se něco naučit a získat nové zkušenosti ikdyz jsem neměla praxi.
