Dokáže ocenit dobře zvládnutou práci, s nadřízenými je vždy rozumná domluva.

Férový přístup k jednotlivým zaměstnancům. Dobré sociální benefity. Rozumný přístup majitelů a neustálé rozšiřování výroby a investování do nových technologií.
