Nebyl problém s návštěvou lékaře, na chvíli si odskočit něco soukromé zařídit. Mzda pravidelné v termínu.
Arogantní a namyšlení vedoucí úseků, neschopnost zajistit personál.

Od samého začátku jsem věděl na čem jsem. Problémy jsme řešili společně. Většinou došlo ke shodě. Co se týče finančního ohodnocení na mém postu, bylo velmi slušné. Práce v hotelovém prostředí byla pro mne dobrou zkušeností.
Občas zde vázla komunikace.

Profesionalita, spolehlivost v úhradách mzdy.
Chybí bonusy, jako příspěvky na důchodové připojištění, apod. Nespoléhat jen na bonusy tzv. bokem, ale zahrnout je do základní mzdy.

Zaměstnavatel se k zaměstnancům vždy choval ferove a hlavně s úctou. Byla jsem v práci moc spokojena jak s finančním ohodnocením, tak i vstřícnosti nadřízeného

Security and stability
Většinou smlouva na dobu neurčitou. Pokud je pracovník spolehlivý možnost kariérního růstu.
Informal work atmosphere
Záleží na oddělení, ale atmosféra je velmi uvolněná. Dobrá komunikace mezi odděleními.
