Relativně dobré stravování (česká klasika) s příspěvkem zaměstnavatele. Komfi patří k premiovým značkám v oboru a vyrábí relativně spolehlivé stroje s dlouhou životností.
Mikromanagement Zmatená organizace základních procesů ve firmě dlouhodobě bez tendence k zlepšování Netransparentnost, která někdy i zhoršuje vztahy mezi kolegy Nerovné odměňování ve stejných pozicích
