Lze nastoupit bez předchozí praxe. Vhodné pro absolventy.
Chybí benefity typu sick days, home office(je možný jen pro "někoho").
Jobs for people with no work experience
Při nástupu není požadována praxe a není problém se zaučením. Pokud umí zájemnce programovat, tak se počítá, že se naučí i konkrétní knihovny klidně za pochodu. Týká se programátorů, jak je to u ostatních pozic nemohu říct jistě.
Opportunity to work during studies
Pro studenty, pokud vím, platí uplně volná pracovní doba, jsou placeni od hodiny, takže ani nevadí, když třeba o zkouškovém nepřijdou vůbec. Myslím si, že získaná praxe, není k zahození.

Dostatek práce, efektivní práce, vstřícnost. Upřímnost, ochota.. Klidné prostředí, přátelský kolektiv.
Menší vytíženost. Proplácení přesčasů.
