Nepřipadám si jako člověk, ale jako položka. Na všem se šetří a není žádný rozvoj firmy.

Firma přesčasy neplatí a tedy akceptuje striktní dodržování pracovní doby.
Jobs for people with no work experience
Firma je v posledních letech orientovaná na co největší snížení nákladů (i mzdových). Zaměstnává agenturní pracovníky i v pozicích, kde by měl být odborník. Pokud se o místo bude ucházet člověk se vzděláním a zkušenostmi, určitě si řekne o vyšší plat než bude společnost ochotna akceptovat.

oceňuji kolegy spolupracovníky i dělníky, kteří jsou schopni podávat docela maximální výkon za naprosto tristní platy
Katastrofální platy, nulový postup, valorizace mezd bez ohledu na dovzdělávání. Můžete dělat co chcete, ale plat lepšího dělníka nepřeskočíte...

Pro zamestnance,kteri tam pracuji dele uz neni skoro zadny financni postup.Firma kazdy rok pridava,ale ne plosne,jak se rika,"podle ksichtu". Predesli sefove byli ferovi,stavajici nejsou.Staci s nema s necim nesouhlasit a hned jsem to poznal pri pridavani.S temi predeslimi jsem jednal stejne,ale byli objektivni.
