Stabilita společnosti, benefity (sick days, 5 dnů dovolené navíc, flexibilní pracovní doba, home office), pravidelné školení, naslouchání potřebám zaměstnancům, přátelská atmosféra na pracovišti.
Občas je nutné velmi vysoké pracovní nasazení, což může ale být pozitivem pro lidi, co mají rádi výzvy.
