Kolektiv spolupracovníků (záleží, v jakém pracujete oddělení), spolehlivost kolegů, různorodá práce
Vize společnosti, dvojí metr na zaměstnance, nátlak nadřízených ve výběrových řízeních (dělá se i to, na co firma nemá odborníky). neproplácí přesčasy, neochota naslouchat svým zaměstnancům
