Flexibilni pracovni doba. Castecny home office. Dobry kolektiv. Kdyz si nevite rady s novou technologii, tak se muzete poradit i s jinym tymem. Zajimave projekty, kde se stale ucite nove veci. Budget na kurzy a seberozvoj.

Flexibilní pracovní doba Malý tým
Vedení firmy obecně nevzbuzuje moc důvěry. K řešení problémů s konkrétními lidmi přistupuje plošnými opatřeními což poukazuje na jistou slabost a neschopnost poradit si s obtížnějšími rozhodnutími.

Velmi zajímavé mezinárodní projekty. Možnost pracovat full remote. Dobrá kooperace napříč týmy. Benefity pro osobní rozvoj. Přátelská atmosféra.
Více systémů zapisování hodin (interní/u klienta), kde každý má svá specifika, může působit komplikace. Na druhou stranu jakékoli komplikace jsou managementem okamžitě řešeny.

Kromě velice pružné pracovní doby nejvíce oceňuji zajímavé projekty realizované pomocí moderních technologií a možnost využít kreativitu mladých lidí.
Kromě nového vývoje v super high-tech se musí sem tam podpořit a udržet funkční i nějaké to legacy... No ale kde ne? :-)

Práce je velmi variabilní, od jednoduchých, jednoúčelových aplikací po komplexní systémy. Každý vývojář má možnost významně ovlivnit finální podobu výsledného produktu.
