Oceňuji 100% home office a flexibilní pracovní dobu. Neztrácíte čas dojížděním do práce a lépe si tak přizpůsobíte osobní volno. Kolegové jsou vždy připraveni poradit i vzdáleně velmi vstřícným způsobem. Celkově ve firmě převládá tolerantní atmosféra s lidským přístupem. Máte k dispozici také kvalitní pracovní vybavení.

Rozsáhlost systému vyžaduje delší dobu na zaučení.

Skvělé a hlavně zdravé pracovní prostředí, milí a ochotní kolegové, kolegyně a nadřízení, upřímný feedback, díky kterému se člověk může zlepšovat a růst. Práce je zajímavá a rozmanitá a vyžaduje učit se neustále novým věcem. Velkou výhodou je pro mě práce na home office, se kterou má firma dlouholetou zkušenost.

Home office je skvělá příležitost skloubit pracovní a soukromý život, což je pro mě největší benefit

Aplikace je velmi rozsáhlá a je těžší se orientovat ve všech částech.

Vážím si především flexibility, kdy mohu zvládat práci na částečný úvazek z domova a péči o menší děti. Dále mě moc baví různorodost práce, nové podněty. A pokud potřebuju poradit, je tu prima tým lidí, na které se mohu spolehnout.
