Práce v Cross Masters je určena pro dynamické lidi, kteří se rádi rozvíjejí a mají rádi výzvy. Strašně moc se tady toho naučíte a dostanete se k projektům o kterých by se vám v jiných firmách nesnilo. V Cross Masters moc nehrajeme na konkrétní pozice/role. Člověk dostane na práci to, pro co je kompetentní.
Na šéfovu osobnost a jeho přístup k věcem si musí člověk zvyknout.
