Oceňuji vstřícný a rodinný přístup nadřízených, kteří se zajímají o své podřízené a snaží se jim pomáhat. Velmi příjemná atmosféra, která se drží na stavbách, tak i v kancelářích.

Baví mě přátelská a rodinná atmosféra. Vážím si férového přístupu a dodržování slibů.
