Ideální prace pro nekoho kdo hleda praci v pohodovem kolektivu. Je zde velice siroky vyrobni program nejde o seriovou vyrobu. Neni zde problem dohodnout flexibilni pracovni dobu s ohledem na soukrome potreby zamestnace. Pokud je zamestnanec sikovny firma ho nalezite oceni.
Zavedene vyrobni procesy jsou historicke. Vzhledem k dnesnim technologim bude v budoucnu nutna restrukturalizace.
