Jeho pohled na zaměstnance jako na lidi, takže lidskost. Upřímnou spokojenost, že zaměstnanci hrají podle pravidel. Také cením na svém zaměstnavateli uznání, které dává najevo při namátkových kontrolách.
Profesionální chování nadřízených k zaměstnancům by se mělo zlepšit. Například způsob oznamování přesčasů se mi na jiných střediskách nezamlouvá.
