Nejasné vedení, bez vize, nechuť k tvorbě byznysu. Nerovné jednání se zaměstnanci.

Rodinná atmosféra, přátelský kolektiv.
Flexible working hours
Pracovní dobu si můžu uzpůsobit podle potřeby. Pravidelný home office, když je potřeba něco zařídit, nebo když jsou děti nemocné, není s tím žádný problém. Podstatné je odvést svoji práci.
Pleasant work environment
Sídlíme sice přímo v centru města, ale ve vlastním domě s velkou zahradou. Kanceláře a celý dům jsou zařízeny útulně. Máme dokonce i krb :-) V létě pořádáme zahradní party, venku cvičíme jógu, nebo si tam jen zajdeme pročistit hlavu uprostřed dne.

Úžasný kolektiv, pro práci v ramci HR velmi důležité a inspirující.
Občas velmi nepromyslene kroky v rámci strategických cílů vedení.
