Příjemný kolektiv, převážně pozitivní přístup k práci i kolegům. Mezinárodní tým, kde si většinou každý hledí sám sebe. Celá Evropa na jednom místě :-).
Určitě by se měla zlepšit interní komunikace.

Nejvíce si cenním mezinárodního kolektivu, který umožňuje rozvoj nejen jazykový, ale i kulturní a osobní. Celkově příjemnou atmosféru a otevřenost a možnost se přiučit i v jiném oboru než je můj vlastní.

Dobré benefity Firemní akce Práce, kde se můžu realizovat
Procesy trvají hrozně dlouho
Non-stressful work
Je to fajn práce, kde máme dané nějaké úkoly, které dokončíme, a máme klídek, nikdo nás nenahání po práci, nikdo nepožaduje přesčasy, není to chaos.
Informal work atmosphere
Všichni se známe, tykáme si, nemáme daný dresscode, takže si každý nosí pohodlné věci, co chce, můžeme si dozdobit stoly dle libosti, a můžeme být sami sebou a všichni to přijímají v pohodě.

cením si relativně malého kolektivu, tudíž není tolik prostoru pro byrokracii, stejně tak je příjemná neformální atmosféra na pracovišti a také vztahy s kolegy, další plus je mimopracovní trávení volného času s kolegy a teambuildingy...
mzdové ohodnocení, možnost prezentovat kvalitu své práce někomu, koho to zajímá a může mi pomoci získat např. bonus, stabilní kritéria pro hodnocení zaměstnanců, zlepšení středního managementu a prosazování změn
