Pracovníci i vedení jsou nekompetentní, firma poskytuje jen nedostatečné vybavení pro práci, někteří kolegové se snaží kopat jen sami za sebe a tím méně jim pak člověk může věřit. Otřesné pracovní prostředí Firma je nespolehlivá, nedá se jí věřit nos mezi očima. Nedoporučuji potenciálním uchazečům do této firmy nastupovat.

měla jsem to b lízko do práce, jediná snad to výhoda pro mne
Žádné výhody, žádné benefity, stres, spokojenost žádná, jen jsem získala nové pracovní zkušenosti, které jsem mohla uplatnit v jiném zaměstnání.

Neadekvátní vzdělání zaměstnanců i majitelů! Neadekváůní praxe zaměstnanců i majitelů! Tito lidi nemůžou druhé lidi vybírat do zaměstnání! Neslušné chování! Směšná mzda!

Poskytnout zaměstnancům různé benefity, protože kromě mobilního telefonu k soukromým účelům zaměstnanci nemají žádné benefity jako jsou stravenky, nápoje a občerstvení na pracovišti, školení, sick days apod. Přestat zaměstnancům nadávat (kromě zvyšování hlasu také přestat používat sprostá slova ve vztahu k nim). Vytvářet podmínky pro nápravu nedostatků, na které zaměstnanci upozorňují.
