Vždy je možná domluva.
Jako jinde v neziskovém sektoru bych si přála za odbornou a náročnou práci lepší finanční ohodnocení. To však nepřičítám chybě tohoto zaměstnavatele jako spíše celkově nastavenému systému.

+ práce v rámci pracovní doby + pomoc obětem domácího násilí + zajímavá práce
- velmi toxické prostředí (pomluvy mezi kolegyněmi a mocenské boje) - nízká mzda - dlouhá a častá školení o ničem (bez přidané hodnoty) -na druhou stranu chybějící zaškolení a průběžná odborná školení (do vedení konzultací s klientkami vás vyloženě "hodí", bez toho aniž by kontrolovali obsah vaší práce) - nepodporující a toxické vedení
