Akční práce, mnoho nových podnětů k růstu. Dobrá atmosféra.
Občas nespravedlivé ohodnocování pracovních "lemplů"
Pleasant work environment
Snažíme se co nejvíce rekonstruovat prostory nemocnice. Vládne u nás přátelská atmosféra a zaměstnanci jsou ochotní pomáhat nováčkům.
Complex tasks
Práce ve zdravotnictví je vždy výzva a na lůžkových odděleních nemocnice obzvlášť. Kromě toho máme vizionářský management, který se neustále snaží nemocnici vést kupředu.
