S ohledem na provoz poměrně flexibilní pracovní doba, ačkoliv to se může lišit kino od kina. Výplata vždy chodí na účet včas.
Ocenila bych lepší platové ohodnocení, které se teď příliš neliší od toho co vydělávají brigádníci v zastupujících pozicích.
