Firma je poměrně stabilní a člověk může mít trochu jistotu že o práci nepřijde když odvádí svoji práci dobře.Vedení firmy je nyní velmi schopné aby firma rostla a prosperovala pro nás všechny. Je tu výborný kolektiv mých nejbližších kolegů.
Jako poměrně velká firma by mohla nabízet více benefitů. A jak u ostatních firem by mohl plat růst každý rok například o 3% aby nám to pokrylo inflaci a tím jsme si udrželi stejný životní komfort. (Ne aby na tom člověk byl každý rok hůř a hůř z důvodu nárůstu cen na trhu)

- vstřícnost - kolegialita - profesionální přístup - možnost pracovní a osobního růstu
Vždy se najde něco, s čím nejsem spokojený, ale pokaždé kdy jsem dal podnět k nápravě, nikdy jsem se nesetkal s negativním postojem od lidí k problému.

jen natlak podle mistara vse spatne hlavne zadne motivace ani odmena za dobre vykonananou praci a hlavne zadny benefit jejich slova vcas vyplata a kantyna to vse

Rozumím si za ta léta s nadřízenými a i s kolegy. Mohlo by to být finančně lepší, ale pracuji pod agentůrou a tak vím že je to komplikované.
Jsou úseky na kterých není tolik práce a mrzí mě i to že někteří lidé kteří to tam chodí pomálu odležet a pracují také pod agenturou mají lepší peníze.
