Se stravou v závodní kuchyni.
Noví zaměstnanci byli hodně znevýhodňováni proti služebně starším kolegům, dostával jsem nejhorší zakázky, na kterých se nejméně vydělalo a se kterými bylo nejvíc práce. Prostě "mazáctví" se vším všudy.

Líbí se mi celkové vedení společnosti, neustále se něco zlepšuje a optimalizuje. Člověk se hodně naučí i z jiných oborů a má celkem všeobecný přehled toho, co se ve firmě děje. Poslední dobou se hodně inovuje a je vidět, že to přináší své ovoce. Obědy v jídelně dobré, každý si vybere.
chtělo by to modernizaci výrobních hal a prostředí, ale věřím že k tomu dojde
