Ve firmě si člověk nepřipadá jen jako někdo do počtu. Může si vybrat obor, který ho zajímá a pracovat na projektech samostatně od začátku do konce. Pro lidi, kteří jsou zvyklí, že jim furt někdo říká, co mají dělat, to může být těžší, ale já to považuju za velkou výhodu. Skvělí kolegové, vedení, které opravdu podporuje a naslouchá a tolik důvěry a podpory jsem jinde nezažila. Neomezený výdělek, svoboda a nezávislost.
