Nejvíce si vážím atmosféry v kanceláři, díky níž se sem vždy zptáky těším. Nedocenitelná je také jasně daná struktura k dosažení povýšení, kde vždy jasně víte na čem jste a co Vás čeká.
Bylo by možné věnovat více času i financí podpůrným funkcím a zlepšení atmosféry a užitnosti kanceláře.

S kolegy
Chování ze strany nadřízeného, nefér jednání a dvojí metr, lhaní ze strany nadřízeného, pro každého jiné podmínky (o čemž se mělo mlčet aby se to náhodou někdo nedozvěděl), špatná komunikace ze strany vedení a pomlouvání za zády ze strany nadřízeného (každého v kanceláři)

Skvělý kolektiv, férový přístup, motivační odměna, společnost pětinu svého výdělku věnuje charitě.
Více flexibilní pracovní dobu, častější možnost home office.

Nejvíce si cením toho, že mi dává možnost se seberealizovat, každým dnem se posouvám a mám neustále možnost se vzdělávat, vycestovat na školení např. i do zahraničí.
Osobně bych zlepšila systémy se kterými pracujeme, ale věřím, že brzo přijde změna k lepšímu, za poslední rok vidím velkou snahu ze strany managementu procesy a systémy zlepšovat a zrychlovat.

Kariérní příležitosti, možnost dělat, co mě baví a uplatňovat své nápady každý den.
Hodilo by se víc zaměstnanců, aby firma byla větší a měla větší podíl na trhu.
