Oceňuji, že pozice nebyla jen sedavá, zaměstnanec se dostane i z kanceláře.
Firma má na vedoucích pozicích rodinné příslušníky majitele firmy. Jim a ani ostatním zaměstnancům se nedá úplně věřit. Všichni donášejí na všechny. Paní ředitelka zaměstnává zbytečnými úkoly ze soukromého života, které by si měla zajistit sama. Vedení ukončuje pracovní poměry bez jediného varování.

Výborně nastavené procesy, skvělý a profesionální tým kolegů, ochotných vždy pomoci.
Neposkytují žádné benefity.
Meaningful work
Sapril je hodně orientovaný na zákazníka, je to výrobní společnost a proto je potřeba chápat a užívat procesy všech oddělení, dále má významné zákazníky z průmyslových oborů jako je automotiv, farmaceutika, nábytkářství, aj. I zde je potřeba vnímat a porozumět potřebám a procesům zákazníka, naučíte se zde rozumět výrobě, logistice, kalkulacím, vývoji a kvalitní péči o zákazníka. A vyrobit kvalitní a funkční obal, není tak jednoduché jak se zdá. Není to nuda a stereotyp.
