Když nastupujete do firmy nabízejí vám výběr směn. Ano můžete, ale stojí vás to úsilí. Zajištění zkoušky profesní kvalifikace Strážný se nekonalo. Tam kde chtějí invalidní duchodce, tak za ně firma bere úlevy, ale zaměstnanec musi pracovat jako zdravý. Výplata až ke konci měsíce. Příplatky za noční skoro žádné a odměny nestojí za řeč.

Není nic k ocenění ...
S řešením náhlých problému se zaměstnanci zaměstnavatelem. Když chybí lidi, je třeba to hned vyřešit, né aby dělali 2 lidé 12ti hodinnové směny po sobě. Zaměstnavatel by se taky mohl postavit za své lidi .

Stravenky, coz byl denní bonus.
Firma by měla zlepšit podmínky na pracovišti a dodržovat dohody.

Nebylo si moc čeho vážit.
Co zlepšit? Od chovaní k zaměstnancům, přes platební morálku až po dodržování zákonů.
