Neplnění slibů při nástupu. Nedostatek času na zaučení. Neférové jednání - po dohodě jsem podal výpověď v předchozím zaměstnání a pak jsem zjistil, že v té době měli na mou pozici domluvený nástup, který se posléze neuskutečnil jen shodou okolností.

Zajímavý sortiment, náročnější prodej, kde musí být prodejce schopný spočítat potřebu podlahoviny, záclon, závěsů atd. Nelíbilo se mi, že byli schopni propustit člověka ve zkušební době kvůli úrazu na kole...
Ještě jednou, vše bylo docela OK, vyhazov ve zkušební lhůtě kvůli úrazu na kole považuju za nekorektní.... pracovala jsem v jejich franchízové prodejně Diego, která již neexistuje....

Otevřený a vstřícný přístup Flexibilita a ochota Kolektiv lidí Rozmanitá práce Možnost kariérního růstu
Meaningful work
Je to práce s logickým uvažováním, člověk musí přemýšlet dopředu. Promyslet si kroky tak aby dávaly smysl pro celou firmu.
Varied work
Každý den přináší nové výzvy u kterých se člověk naučí nové věci. Musí se postavit výzvám, při kterých se naučí několik nových dovedností a nabere mnoho zkušeností.

Oceňuji osobní přístup a férové jednání. Nic není ve firmě problém, jen je třeba si to obhájit.
Někdy by se hodila větší rychlost při řešení problémů.
