Kolegové v oddělení Biofarma Procházka v parku cestou do/z práce
Zapomeňte na vše, co jste uměli. Včetně umístění loga v prezentaci. Pan ředitel vás to naučí správně. Nalepí se na vás a nenechá vás odejít na oběd, na záchod, prostě nikam než bude vše podle něho. Pak změní názor, ale seřve vás, že to neděláte podle něj. Desítky hodin neplacených přesčasů každý měsíc zaručené! Dojíždění na kraj světa prezentováno jako benefit. Plat se zvedne až v případě, že si na vás pan ředitel zvykl a vy se chystáte odejít. Nebo jste muž a vaše žena čeká dítě.

Kolektiv Kolegové Zajímavá práce
Nejvyšší vedení (není to myšleno na všechny osoby ve vedení, ale na jednoho člověka). Chaos, nekompetentnost

s kolektivem a přátelským prostředí (až na vedení)
špatná dostupnost MHD Plat od nástupu se skoro nemění Neustálé přesčasy (neplacené!!!) Vybavenost firmy a hlučné prostředí (stavba)

Každý říká něco jiného. Můj nadřízený mi něco slíbil na pohovoru a z personálního přišlo úplně něco jiného.
