Pristup firmy k problemum a inovacim. Nebyla moznost zakaznikum v urcitych situacich pomoct. Nespolehlivi ridici, apod.

díky práci v této firmě dokáži téměř perfektně zvládat stresové situace
přístup vedení firmy, pokud splníte požadované, příště jsou požadavky vyšší, na kolegy, kteří nedosahují požadované, jsou kladeny nároky třeba poloviční.
Varied work
jedná se o o kurýrní službu, moje pracovní zařazení bylo dispečer. Bylo třeba aktuálně řešit výpadky kurýrů, zástupy, v nejhorším případě, zejména v sezoně, i doručovat. Předpokladem je minimálně dobrá znalost svěřené oblasti, tzn. kraje, protože firma má pobočky v krajských městech. Na místě jsou dobré komunikační schopnosti, řešíte i reklamace zákazníků , jak příjemců, tak odesilatelů
