Oceňuji zaškolení zaměstnanců, vybavení pracovními pomůckami. Za mých časů zde byl příjemný 13. plat. Při mém odchodu zrovna měnili systém odměňování.
jako dělník jsem měl čas od času problém najít společnou řeč s jedním ze svých aktualních přímých nadřízených. A nejen já. Chovali se neurvale, kolikrát i sprostě i po té spoustě let.

Nikdo netlačí na vybraní přesčasových hodiny a člověk si je může pošetřit na dobu kdy je bude potřebovat.
Nefér jednání mezi směnami. Nerovnoměrné rozdělování práce mezi směny. Nadřízený to vy ale dělá že se nic neděje, klasika.

Přijmou, vyškolí a po době určité propustí. A zase berou nové. Má to smysl? Mistra nebaví vyučovat nového pracovníka je to pro něj práce navíc a dává to znát.

Možnost konce pracovní směny v 13 hodin a vybraní přesčasových hodin na den volna.
Nevhodná klimatizace na pracovišti, neurčitá strategie firmy, nejistota práce vzhledem k budoucnosti.
