Firma s budoucností, snaží se naslouchat zaměstnancům a v rámci možností jim vyjít vstříc. Benefity a jiné akce pořádané pro zaměstnance. Neustálá modernizace, ale ne vždy správný člověk na správném místě.
Snížit papírovou agendu, myslím že zbytečně tvoříme dokumenty pro jedno nebo žádné použití.

I když se mu zrovna nedaří, snaží se dělat pro zaměstnance hodně. Vedení neustále zlepšuje komunikaci a čistotu sdělení směrem k zaměstnancům.
Získat více finančních prostředků pro valorizaci mezd.
