Hlavně toho, že se hezky stará o své zaměstnance. (slušné ohodnocení a benefity, kulturní a společenské akce apod.)
Znovu zavést Vánoční večírek :-) A lépe ocenit stálost ve firmě (mzdovým navýšením apod.).

Zázemí, jistoty, benefitní systém

Cením si toho, že mi dává možnost osobního rozvoje, neustále se vzdělávat a to jak v oblasti profesní, tak například studiem cizích jazyků. Mohu díky němu sportovat za neruinující částky a plně se věnovat svým koníčkům v osobním volnu.
Zlepšit určitě komunikaci mezi jednotlivými odděleními, táhneme přece za jeden provaz, tak proč si škodit navzájem.

Otevřeného přístupu vedení vůči zaměstnancům.
Snížení a zefektivnění administrativy a podpůrných procesů. Větší orientace na výsledek. Zefektivnění komunikace. Méně interních emailů, méně meetingů (méně pozvaných), více jasných zadání a kvalitně připravených účastníků. Adresnější odpovědnost za konkrétní oblasti (pouze některá oddělení)
